Yoga for a Healthy Back is a gentle yoga class for those new to yoga, or wanting to focus on some real care and attention for their backs. Our emphasis will be on understanding the mechanics of how our backs work and how to easily care for them, building balanced strength and maintaining mobility. No previous yoga experience necessary.
