  • Sunday, October 25, 2015

  • Gwen Shea Hall

FRI NIGHT 7 - 9:30pm, SAT 11 - 6pm, SUN 12 - 7pm

We all possess a shadow side that represents hidden, secret, or disowned parts of ourselves. These aspects are fragmented parts of the self that remain unclaimed and disconnected from the whole. At an early age, we learn to put our best face forward to get our needs met. Therefore, the body carries the physical mask of our shadow.

This exploration will rewire our fragmented bodies, and consequently our hearts and minds, by making the unconscious patterns conscious.

"One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."

-Carl Jung

This life-transforming practice is suitable for all levels of physical fitness over the age of 16. It will also support whatever practice you are exploring now, or offer a start to self-exploration. No previous experience is necessary.
