5Rhythms is a dynamic movement meditation practice that fosters awareness, connection, and community. For those who are curious about exploring the vast expanse of experience that resides between our head and our feet, come breathe into your body of knowledge and discover what moves you!
No experience necessary, all bodies welcome.
