by Transitus (Halifax), written and performed by Katie Dorian
Story-telling guide Katie Dorian leads you into her Opi’s life, his developing dementia, her own memory failures and the pieces of beauty found among the rubble of a broken mind.
Mapping her interactions with her Opi as he slowly disappeared, Dorian shares stories of loss, change in family roles and dissolving family history, allowing the audience to draw universal truths about the nature of memory, identity and family. Audience limited to 25!
