Stressed? Exhausted and tired of being tired? Short on time? Out of breath? Has your patience and love of life disappeared? Why do certain people shine under pressure while others crumble?
The Wakefield-La Pêche Chamber is pleased to invite you to a dynamic and interactive presentation by Dr. Amir Georges Sabongui PhD. Over the course of the 90 minutes, you will learn to master your stress and recover your energy, your passion, avoid exhaustion and take back control of your life and transform stress into a potential ally.
Presentation and Q & A will be in FRENCH
Slides will appear in English and French
Doors open at 6 pm
Duration: 90 minutes (plus question period of 10 minutes)


You will learn:

  • To avoid the number 1 error many people make;
  • That doing less will not help solve the problem
  • To recognize the triggers, the signs and the impact that stress have on your physical and mental health.
And then...into action! Thanks to some concrete and practical advice, you will have the chance to prepare a personal action plan to manage your stress, even under pressure and shine like a diamond!
