The Yi Jin Jing exercises are centred on the twisting, flexing and stretching of the spine, with the waist as the axis. The completion of the routines with the integration of a relaxed body and peaceful mind can improve health and fitness. The routines take approximately 12 minutes to complete and make for a good rejuvenation exercise in daily life.
